Over time, Oceans have been here through the easy and the hard. In history, people have found fish deeper and deeper in the Ocean. Right now, the deepest fish ever found is the abyssobrotula gatathoe. (We can't pronounce it either!). This fish was found in the Pureto Rican Trench 27,467 feet down. (Pretty far down, right?).Jules Verne was one of the reasons divers and scientists went searching deep down, because of his amazing book called " 20,000 Leauges Under The Sea." This book was about taking a submarine deep deep down to find fasinating creatures, and the book inspired many other divers to do the same, and see if things like that really existed, deep down.
